However, what surely makes this estate an exceptional place is its unique location, which allows for absolute privacy even when the island sees the most tourists, allowing the visitor to hear nothing but the sound of nature during their stay. In effect, the estate is located in a privileged enclave of the Sierra de Calicant, next to Llevant Natural Park, and the road leading to it does not continue towards any other destination. Moreover, its elevated position provides some privileged views of the surrounding area, and the property rises in a southeasterly direction above the neighbouring towns of Sant Llorenç and Son Carrió, reaching the sea, and, in a westerly direction towards the centre of the island. You can then relax whilst looking out to sea from your turquoise swimming pool (11x6m), from the terrace of your bedroom, or you can even look out to the west to admire the sunset from a hammock.
