The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 12 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a fan, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, an open terrace, 2 covered terraces, 2 balconies, a barbecue, a playground and an outdoor shower. The outdoor area is fully equipped for dining, sunbathing by the pool and enjoying drinks in the shade.

3 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street.

1 pet is allowed.

Smoking inside the building and having parties with invitees who are not registered guests are not allowed.

Events with up to 12 guests are allowed.

Guests are asked to observe the quiet hours during their stay (no noise after midnight).

Air conditioning is not available.

Towels and bedlinen can be provided (for a fee).
