Modern and bright apartment in the heart of Berlin
This stylish and high-quality furnished 2-room apartment with 75 mÂČ of living space and a large balcony offers everything you need and is superbly located in the heart of Berlin-Mitte, near Checkpoint Charlie and Gendarmenmarkt. Despite its central location, it is very quiet due to its orientation toward the inner courtyard and its setting in a predominantly business districtâmeaning there are no loud or partying crowds in the vicinity.
The apartmentâs location couldnât be better: within about 5 minutes on foot you can reach both Checkpoint Charlie and Gendarmenmarkt. Brandenburg Gate and Potsdamer Platz are also within walking distance (approx. 15 minutes) or just 5 minutes by subway. Public transport connections are excellent: three subway stationsâStadtmitte (U2 and U6), Hausvogteiplatz (U2), and Spittelmarkt (U2)âare all within a 5â6-minute walk, as well as several bus stops. From Stadtmitte station, you can reach Berlin Central Station in about 10 minutes and Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) in 35â40 minutes.
The apartment is modern and fully equipped with everything you need, including towels, bed linens, and kitchen utensils. It features a spacious living and working area (approx. 35 mÂČ), a large bedroom (20 mÂČ) with a premium HĂŒlsta box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), a large wardrobe, and an additional work desk. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast table. The modern bathroom has a bathtub-shower combo, a washing machine, and a dryer. The large west-facing balcony (20 mÂČ) is ideal for relaxing and entertaining.
The apartment is fitted with underfloor heating. The designated work area is ideal for home office use, with a large desk (140 x 80 cm) and an ergonomic chair. Two LCD monitors (1 x 32" curved 2K and 1 x 28" 4K) are available and can be connected via HDMI cable and docking station. A printer is also provided.
The living/dining area features a large couch, a 65" Samsung 4K QLED TV, a Blu-ray player, a Harman Kardon sound system, and an Xbox 360 game console. The Smart TV allows you to log in to your personal Netflix or Amazon Prime account. A dining table with chairs is also available.
The spacious west-facing balcony (approx. 20 mÂČ) enjoys afternoon sun and is equipped with a dining table, hammock, and a Weber gas grill.
The bathroom offers not only a bathtub-shower combination but also a washing machine, a dryer, and ample towels. Laundry detergent, premium shampoo, shower gel, and soap are also freely available.
The separate kitchen, which has access to the balcony, is in excellent condition and equipped with all modern appliances including a refrigerator-freezer combo, stove/oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, espresso machine, moka pot, mini-oven, as well as a full set of dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, glasses, and more.
For household cleaning, a vacuum cleaner, mop, and other cleaning tools are provided.
Heating, water, electricity, cable TV fees, public broadcasting license fees (GEZ), and Wi-Fi are all included. Street parking is available, although subject to charges during the day.
In the immediate vicinity, there are various sharing options (car, scooter, e-scooter, bicycle, etc.). Supermarkets and shops are within walking distance: Lidl and Rossmann are 2 minutes away, Rewe is 6 minutes away, FriedrichstraĂe with many shopping options is also 6 minutes away, and the Mall of Berlin is about 12 minutes away.
