The holiday home is furnished in a modern style. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: children's playground, swing and barbecue facilities.

Risika. The holiday home is located on a 350 sqm plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The newly renovated holiday house, surrounded by greenery, is located in Risika, a small village known for its sandy beach, near Vrbnik on the island of Krk, in a quiet environment, ideal for a relaxing holiday Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.

air conditioning, electric heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with first aid kid.
Hygiene measures: final cleaning with sanitisation.
Pool
All pools are available for exclusive use. Outdoor pool (usable from early May to end of October, 4,00 m x 7,37 m, depth 1,50 m).
