Located in Siena, in an easily accessible area, the 55 mÂČ property, with frescoed rooms and a wine cellar, consists of a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with new high-quality mattresses, and a bathroom and can accommodate 4 persons. Please note that one of the bedrooms has no windows. Available amenities include Wi-Fi. The apartment is by nature very cool and is equipped with two dehumidifiers.

Families with children are welcome.

A baby cot and children's bed are available on request.

Pets are not allowed.

Guests are expected to handle the antique furniture on-site with care.

Fabio is an amazing host and the apartment is small but absolutely beautiful. There are wonderful frescoes and antiques throughout. Plus the location is very safe and central to everything. Walking distance to the Piazza Del Campo which is considered the best piazza in Italy. And the surrounding restaurants are fantastic!!!!! We cannot recommend it highly enough.

Beautiful Siena

The Curatone property was so convenient with a great grocery store and restaurants just steps away. And, I can’t say enough about our wonderful host, Fabio. He was so accommodating and helpful, both before our arrival and during. He even took care of picking us up in Florence and also securing bus tickets with great seats upon our departure. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Thanks again for wonderful memories.

Beautiful and charming in great location

Our host was most gracious and helpful. The property was exactly as pictured and even better. Beautiful and eclectic with comfortable beds and well appointed. Great location close to important Siena sites. Enjoyed it very much.

Amazing apartment

Fabio was a great host and very accommodating. It’s in a great location, really close to a grocery store and yummy restaurants. We loved the decor-there are so many beautiful antiques.

Lovely home great location

I would have given this 5/5 rating but instead I gave it a 4/5 because the owner left a lot of personal items in bathroom and a lot of very expensive wine. Felt uncomfortable using his bathroom stuff and didn't know the cost to replace the wine if we had used it broken a bottle. The location was wonderful, and the home is as lovely as it looks. Although it was hot out, the home stayed very cool. Would recommended to anyone!

Great location, close to everything, paintings looked just like in picture, great communication with host, the only thing we did not like was that there was slight moisture smell from recent shower leak as explained by host, but still would stay there again, everytning else was great

A Gem in Siena

Superb location in the historic centre. Great supermarket almost next door. Host made every attempt to be accommodating. The apartment is beautifully furnished, and has lovely decor.

Great location and uniquely beautiful apartment

Fabio was so patient with our late arrival and warm and hospitable when we arrived including helping me find parking for our car and driving me back to the apartment. The apartment and the extraordinary painted walls are as beautiful as the pictures. It was an easy walk into town in the evening for dinner. We loved our stay in Sienna!

Pros: In Zentrum und kann man einfach zu alle erreichen Cons: Die Wohnung ist feucht und das ist unangenehm. Falls man ein Problem mit Feuchtigkeit hat, ist das nicht geignet. Die Wohnung befindet sich neben der Strasse und etwas laut.

Great location

This is a truly unique property with a wonderful location to Siena attractions. Space was very clean, equipped kitchen - including coffee! Right out the door is a grocery and the best pizza around.

Great locatiom

Lovely decor and layout. Check-in was easy and very friendly. However, there was no air conditioning and it was noisy on the first floor. I think it’s probably not an issue outside of the summer months.

Beautiful Place

We had so much fun and I was so sad to leave because my friends and I felt so happy in this house. The house looks better in person than it does in pictures believe it or not. Also it was so clean.

Back in time in Siena

The apartment was ground floor in a very accessible area of Siena so perfect for exploring. As stated it is adorned with beautifully painted walls & ceilings and filled with antiques. Thank you for sharing you 'palace' with us. We enjoyed our stay and check-in was smooth and efficient. Also the property manager was reachable and able to help with any questions we had.

Loved Siena!!

The property is in a perfect location in Siena. It is one street from the old city. It is a half block from the grocery store and a half block from a coffee shop where I bought a cappuccino every morning. It couldn’t be in a more convenient spot. We LOVED it!! Siena is amazing and staying there was wonderful. It is beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the kitchen and ate dinner in the dining room. The bed is extremely comfortable. Gorgeous antique furniture and painted ceilings. Fabio was a fantastic host. He was super helpful and kind. He accommodated all our needs. I heartily recommend the apartment. It is great!
