Finca El Rafalet is a magnificent stone house located in the idyllic setting of the Colonya Valley, on the outskirts of Pollensa. Its location between the mountains of the Serra de Tramontana makes it ideal for lovers of tranquility and nature.

The house has two floors and is built with typical island construction materials, such as exposed stone walls, ceramic tiles and wooden beams. On the ground floor we find a wide entrance, to the left of which we have access to the living room, equipped with a flat screen and satellite TV, as well as a dining room with enough space for eight people.Next to the dining room there is a large kitchen, fully equipped and with plenty of space for lovers of culinary arts.
