The Scandinavian-style holiday home 'Lotte' is located between water and meadow in the harbour village of Zerpenschleuse. The holiday home with fully equipped kitchenette is modern and cosily furnished. Through the huge panoramic windows, which extend from the floor to the roof, you can look out over the enchanting landscape. Thanks to the high ceilings and the open gallery, the house is particularly bright and friendly, and in the cold season you can make yourself comfortable and relax in front of the crackling open fire in the cosy living area. You can spend wonderful holidays here all year round.

There is a restaurant and cafĂ©s nearby in the small village of Zerpenschleuse. The beautiful sandy beach of the Bernsteinsee lake in RĂŒhlsdorf, 6 km away, is ideal for swimming. Wakeboarding and waterskiing are also possible there. The Prenden golf course is only 15 minutes away by car. The nearby town of Wandlitz with its cultural attractions is a popular destination. Berlin is 50 km away and can be reached by public transport in around 1 hour.
