Air conditioning is not available. Check-in is from 17:00 to 21:00. Late Check-in is from 21:00 to 23:00 (for an extra fee). After 23:00, NO check-in is possible.

We are in a residential neighborhood, where by municipal regulations from 10 pm (Friday and Saturday night) and 9 pm the rest of the days, playing loud music and talking loudly is prohibited on this property.
