A walk to the beautiful Old Market Square, enchanting with the charm of colourful tenement houses and a unique atmosphere, takes only 5 minutes. The location also provides convenient access to the main railway station, connected to the bus station and the large Avenida shopping centre. This complex is located just 1.5 km from the apartment. Art lovers will appreciate the proximity to cultural centres such as the Imperial Castle (1 km), the Musical Theatre (600 m), the Polish Theatre (900 m), and the Opera House (1.1 km).
In addition, the building has a restaurant, bicycle parking and a lift.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

This elegant and modern studio flat of 23 m2 is an ideal option for 3 people. It is located on the 2nd floor of a building with a lift. Noteworthy is the fact that it was designed by a well-known Architectural Studio from Poznan. In addition to the design, air conditioning and a spacious balcony are a big advantage. The studio itself consists of a living room with a seating area, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. Convenience is influenced by a comprehensive package of amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a TV and necessary household appliances - a washing machine or an oven. For a good start of the stay, we provide guests with a free set of toiletries, towels and bed linen. It is possible to stay in the flat with pets for an additional fee.
