This is a newly built flat in a favoured location. It has a net floor area of 120m2, 3 bedrooms, a large living-dining room of 43m2, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is also a large balcony.
The flat is suitable for groups, families and business travellers alike. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people and a small child.
The connection to public transport is optimal. 600 metres to the train station and a bus stop next to the house.
The accommodation
The residential and commercial building was completed in 2017 and comprises 11 large residential units on 3 floors.
The flat has a spacious and practical floor plan. The floor plan can be found in the picture gallery.
The house and all flats were built in accordance with the building regulations of the Swiss Disability Discrimination Act, which means that all rooms are wheelchair accessible. The hallway has a width of 120cm.
All rooms are wheelchair-accessible and can be turned around. The exact room layout can be seen in the floor plan in the picture gallery.
The flat consists of 3 separate bedrooms, a large living/dining room, an integrated open-plan kitchen, a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub and a beautiful large balcony.
All windows are fitted with electric shutters that can be operated at the touch of a button. This means that every room can be darkened.
The standard of finishing is very high and the sound and heat insulation is excellent. Room ventilation in all rooms ensures good air exchange and a pleasant indoor climate.
Access for guests
The flat is consistently rented to one party only, so there are no rooms to share with other guests.
If you would like to do your laundry, no problem. We live next door and can do the laundry for you for a fee. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer 2 houses away which you are welcome to use free of charge.
Excursion possibilities: The company GĂ€tzi Sport, right in the neighbourhood, is happy to lend you bicycles for a fee.
