The standalone villa, built in 2019, is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular due to the view of the woods from the property and its sunny and secluded location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and Hollywood swing. Sauna with infrared light.

The beautiful villa is a semi-detached house, just a few kilometers from the center of Pula and beautiful beaches. Surrounded by a large garden of 2000 square meters, it offers you everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing holiday and complete privacy. The exterior of the villa is enriched with an olive grove and a private pool. If you want to stay fit, there is also a fitness room with a treadmill, Pilates ball and free weights.
