The studio is located in an apartment building and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a holiday home estate, in the town centre. The residence is popular also due to its quiet location. The following are available for shared use: parasol, sun lounger and garden shower.

Punat. The studio is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating. Internet access (WLAN), safe and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.
Pool
All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early June to early October, 4 m x 6 m, 1.20 m deep).

allowed, EUR 7.00/pet per day.
