The house is in a quiet location in Thumersbach, on the sunny side of Lake Zell.
If you are looking for peace and an oasis in the countryside, you will find well-deserved relaxation in the romantic Thumersbach valley. Surrounded by family homes and lots of nature, the house is ideal for families.

Light-flooded rooms, a great views of the mountains and modern facilities with lovely details makes this house a cozy holiday home.
A spacious balcony reveals far-reaching views up to the Schmittenhöhe. The huge sun terrace serves as a wonderfully extended living area in summer. When the weather is cooler, you can relax and enjoy the in-house sauna.

1st floor :

- open plan living area with dining room, living room and heating oven
- 1 bedroom with two single beds
- separate toilet

2nd Floor:
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (usable as double bed), exit to the balcony
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (usable as double bed), TV , sofa bed and exit to the balcony
- large room with double bed
- bathroom with bath, double-basins and children shower (approx 155cm high)
- seperate toilet

Ground floor :
- wellness area, sauna cabin and shower
- storage / drying room with washer & dryer (suitable as storage room for ski equipment)
- place to store your skis and ski boot & skibootdryer

The house has a single garage (for smaller cars) with the possibility to park a second car in front of it.

Snow chains are highly recommended in winter.

Ideal location and connection:

- Bus stop 150m from the house with connection to Thumersbach village, Zell am See and the cable cars
- Opposite the house is a new ski tour route to the Ronachkopf with stop at the Enzian hut
- In summer, many hiking and biking trails lead away from the house

We had a very good stay here. The location is not directly close to the piste lifts but that was also our choice so that we could easily drive to Zell am See and Sallbach to ski. We did not use the sauna but for the enthusiast this will certainly be a plus. The shower at the sauna is definitely recommended, the shower in the bathroom can only be used for children or if you do not mind showering while sitting.

Incredibly beautiful, peaceful and well furnished house across the lake from Zell am See. There are great walks and cycles straight from the house. Would happily return. A full height shower upstairs would be useful as well as a toilet in the bathroom. The mattresses in the master bedroom need replacing as they’re too soft. We also find the best houses are the ones where the basics are left in the kitchen. So oil, spices etc. often they’re just left by previous guests and just means you don’t have to get it yourselves. These comments are just things that would make it better, we had a wonderful time regardless.
