Detached bungalow situated directly next to the forest on 600 square metres of garden with a view of the forest and meadow. The bungalow is very quietly situated in a cul-de-sac and is for exclusive use.
With a living space of just under 50 square metres, this accommodation offers enough space for two adults and two dogs. The living area has a corner sofa, coffee table, smart TV and a lovely fireplace for colder days. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a large induction hob, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, fridge-freezer and much more, leaving nothing to be desired.
A cosy dining area awaits you next to the kitchen with a view of the garden. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and a spacious wardrobe. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, WC, washbasin, underfloor heating and a towel dryer.
The 600 square metre plot is fully fenced and for exclusive use. The partially covered terrace with garden furniture invites you to linger.
Bad Elster with its new brine bath, as well as many other spa treatments, two theatres, small boutiques and much more is only three kilometres away. The nearest town centre with train station is 900m away. The holiday home is located in a very quiet residential area in a cul-de-sac.
