Holiday apartment in the centre of Pietrasanta, 50 metres from Piazza del Duomo.
Pietrasanta is the ideal city for a holiday of good food and culture, with its alleys full of art exhibitions and renowned restaurants.
You can have an aperitif in the many cafés in Piazza Duomo and relax while admiring the stupendous works of art that change cyclically.
From here the sea is only 4.9 km away, so it is an excellent starting point to spend the day at the seaside or to visit the famous Tuscan cities, such as Lucca, Pisa and Florence, as well as the magnificent Cinque Terre.
The Il Marzocco holiday apartment offers its guests two bicycles free of charge, useful for exploring the area.
Internally it is composed as follows (1. Floor):
- Living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining table, air conditioning and small balcony.
- Kitchen with oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, American coffee, coffee machine for pods.
- Double bedroom with air conditioning and small balcony.
- Bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin and bidet.
Free wifi available.
The small balconies are not livable, but allow a glimpse of the city.
Cars must be parked in one of the city's free or pay car parks.
Tourist tax of 1,50⏠per Person and Day has to be paid on spot.
The following might be to be paid extra: Final Cleaning, Tourist tax.
