It is 15 km from the sandy beach of Balestrate and just 1 km from the centre of Partinico. A few hundred metres away you will find supermarkets such as Lidl and DecĂČ. The villa is also located 1 km from 'Lago Poma', 2 km from the bus station in the centre of Partinico, 2 km from the Mamma Rosa Restaurant, 3 km from the Partinico train station. It is just 8 km from the sandy beach of Trappeto, 10 km from the rocky beach of Terrasini, 20 km from the airport 'Falcone e Borsellino', 25 km from the water park 'Acquapark di Monreale', 30 km from the very famous 'Terme Segestane di Calatafimi Segesta' and is located in a rural area ideal for families with children.
