"Rousa little guesthouse Kombi" with breakfast included!
Rousa, a small, fine guesthouse in the middle of Oberrasen in the beautiful Antholz Valley. Here an old, simple farmhouse meets original design.
The 57 mÂČ flat "cosy kombi" on the 2nd floor combines 2 individual units: One comes with a star-view window above the king-size bed, the other with a cosy sleeping alcove, gallery with 2-3 more sleeping places and balcony. In addition, our small inner courtyard with herb garden and outdoor lounge awaits.
Each unit: satellite TV, safe, chest of drawers or wardrobe and kitchenette with hob, fridge with freezer compartment, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and dishwashing utensils, filter coffee maker and Italian mocha.
Both bathrooms with shower, WC, bidet shower and washbasin, hairdryer, towels and hand soap.
The original parlour on the ground floor serves a delicious breakfast every day. This cosy room is also a great place to linger during the day or in the evening. Lots of books, card and board games as well as a trust bar await you there!
Final cleaning included, for more than 7 days also an intermediate cleaning. Laundry service for a fee.
Pets not allowed.
Free parking in the immediate vicinity, for 5 euros per day one of the 2 parking spaces at the house can be reserved.
Our bonus: free travel by bus and train throughout South Tyrol, bus stop right next door. A small activity programme is also available.
A table seat is available free of charge for children, and a baby cot is also available for 5 euros per day. The playground is only 2 min away.
In winter: Ski room with boot and glove dryer, free ski bus to Kronplatz, South Tyrol's No. 1 ski mountain.
Especially worth seeing: Lake Antholz (14 km), Lake Braies (20 km), 3 Peaks (45 km).
Especially sustainable: natural wood floors, district heating with low-temperature underfloor heating, LED lighting, water-saving fittings, controlled fresh air supply with heat recovery, recycling point, green roofs, seasonal-regional breakfast.
