The detached holiday home built in 1992, was renovated in 2022 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in the town centre. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, Hollywood swing and courtyard.

Balatonfenyves. The holiday home is located on a 620 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available in a carport and on the property.
