This beautiful stone villa that was built in 1893. and completely renovated in 2021. will delight you with its furnishing, decoration, and design, which represents the perfect blend of rustical and traditional on one side and modern and stylish on the other side.
Located in a peaceful area, this villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday.
There is a beautiful completely enclosed and private garden with a private pool and an outside dining area for you to enjoy.
The villa consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 6 persons.
On the groundfloor there is fully equipped kitchen at your disposal with a dining area.
On the first floor there is spacious living room with TV and access to the outdoor terrace and stairs to groundfloor. Also there are two bathrooms and one bedroom on the first floor. Other two bedrooms are in the loft.
There is a small gym in the groundfloor to keep you active and fit during your vacation and one more bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Outdoors you will find a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue and dining area.This is the perfect place to spend the summer nights. Also, the villa has Jacuzzi to enjoy in the middle of the garden under the old chub tree.
