The flat is located in the closed and guarded complex Platan, which was built in 2010 in the recreational area of ĆwinoujĆcie and is surrounded by a park with planted plane trees, from which the name of the property comes. Car drivers can use an additional option: Underground car park. In the immediate vicinity of the Platan Manor complex is the largest outdoor playground in ĆwinoujĆcie, which is loved by children - a perfect place for family recreation; and in the immediate vicinity - a playroom for children with a cafĂ© for parents. There are shops nearby, such as Biedronka or LIDL, as well as a rich gastronomic offer of numerous bars and restaurants. In addition, the flat is only 700 metres from the Polish-German border crossing and the nearby UBB train station allows you to move freely towards Germany.
