The house is by the harbour promenade at Rogoznica. Everything you could wish for is within walking distance. It is only 10 metres to the beach and the typical Dalmatian flair. Although the house is very central, it is in a rather quiet residential area.

A balcony directly adjoins the first-floor bedroom. There is also a big private terrace.

The 26m² house on two floors can accommodate two people. On the ground floor there is the kitchen with comfortable seating and the bathroom. The first floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a little pull-out sofa. The accommodation is equipped with a flat-screen TV (international channels), a coffee machine, a washing machine, crockery, bed linen, towels (for the bathroom, please bring your own beach towels), a hairdryer, a stove, a fridge etc.

Whether you would like fresh bread and traditional bakery items and a delicious ice cream, or simply everyday groceries, everything is right nearby. In the evenings, many bars, cafes and restaurants invite you to call in and on some weekends you can end the evening with live music and dance. For those who like self-catering, the weekly market offers fresh fruit, vegetables, fish and a wide selection of regional products. Rogoznica has a marina, i.e. a yacht harbour. Many motorboats and sailing yachts moor here at 400 moorings all year round. You can stroll along the lengthy promenade that stretches from the village centre to the yacht harbour. In Rogoznica there are many restaurants, supermarkets, shopping facilities, cafes, a bank, a post office and a local market. Primosten 15km away is a picturesque 15th-century town. Trogir with its historical old town is a UNESCO world cultural heritage site 25km away, Krka National Park with waterfalls is 50km away, with daily boat tours in the national park, and it is 50km to Split, Croatia’s second largest town with the former palace of Emperor Diocletian.
