The apartment is on the 3rd floor, which is oriented towards the southwest away from the street. The vacation apartment is formed by a 1½-room vacation apartment and a 3½-room vacation apartment, which are connected by a connecting door. From the balconies, you have a beautiful view of the mountains. Shops, stores, public transport, ice rink, and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. A perfect ski-in/ski-out with the two top snow sports areas Arosa Lenzerheide with the Churwalden-Heidbüel panoramic cable car and the Pradaschier ski area with toboggan run and zipline make your winter vacation a true winter dream. The children's area and children's lift are located right next to the ski areas - directly in front of the door of your vacation apartment.

The 3 1/2-room vacation apartment offers space for up to 4 people. The apartment features a living room with dining area and open kitchen and two bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and the second bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). 2 wet rooms with bathtub/WC, shower/WC and a washer-dryer are available. In the modern kitchen, you will find a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, raclette & fondue dishes. The living room offers a fireplace for cozy evenings.

The 1 1/2-room vacation apartment offers space for up to 2 adults. The apartment features a combined sleeping and living area and is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The kitchenette includes a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, raclette & fondue dishes, etc. In the bathroom, you will find a shower and toilet as well as a washer-dryer.



On two balconies, you can enjoy the fresh mountain air and the view of the mountains. If you want to work, you have the option to use fiber-optic internet/TV/radio free of charge. Saunas, jacuzzi, steam bath, infrared cabins, and a fitness room are available for free shared use (the wellness area is seasonally closed between Easter and the end of May).
