The studio is located in an apartment house built in 2000 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a busy environment. Also due to its sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: children's playground, swing, pavilion and garden furniture.

Siofok. The studio is located on a 150 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.

air conditioning. Facilities: baby cot, high chair and internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via electric wire. The accommodation has hypoallergenic pillows.
