This spacious holiday apartment is only 200 m walking distance from the local beach "Gortanova uvala" (Gortan Cove) which is in the middle of the promenade by the sea called Lungomare. Lungomare is beautiful promenade between pinewood forest and most attractive natural beaches in Pula offering beach bars, restaurants, tennis courts...
The historical and cultural center of the region, town Pula is within 2 km reach. Evening walks through 3000 yrs old city of Pula and vibrant evening life will additionally fulfill your holiday impressions.
House is a private property, consisting of 3 different size holiday apartments and the owner's apartment.
Apartment 10 (160 m2) is located on the ground floor and consists of :
-kitchen with dining table (equipment: stove : 1 electrical + 3 gas cooking rings, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezing compartment, oven, cooking hood, toaster, cooking utensils, washing machine, dishwasher)
-living room with SAT TV and table tennis
-1st bedroom (double bed, SAT TV, air condition, bathroom with shower, separate toilette)
-2nd bedroom ( suteren, double bed, SAT TV, air condition, bathroom with shower, separate toilette)
-3rd bedroom ( suteren, double bed, single bed, air condition, bathroom with shower, separate toilette)
