The renovations of the new holiday home will be completed in spring 2024 - the first photos are available - the terrace with jacuzzi and sauna house and the entire garden area will be beautiful; Because the palm trees have already been delivered - in order to show nice photos from the outside, we are waiting until the grass has grown everywhere. The long avenue to the house and the parking area including the second terrace are also still missing for visualization - the pictures of the beautiful exit gate and the parking area will follow around mid-May. The beach house “entre deux plages” has now been completely renovated - the house has been adequately insulated and underfloor heating has been installed - the entire technology has been replaced. Now the house shines with a new extension in which the large master bedroom is located / travertine bathroom with shower + toilet and granite vanity en suite! The highlight - the large, bright room is only connected to the sun terrace with direct access to the jacuzzi and sauna at ground level through large sliding glass doors - which is also a great bedroom for guests who have their four-legged friends with them - the sliding door opens directly in the large garden (fenced). The second highlight created by the new extension is another higher sunny terrace with a wonderful sea view. This terrace is accessed from the almost separate, second sleeping area on the upper floor - this consists of the second, beautiful, large bedroom, the associated travertine bathroom (en suite) - shower and toilet and a huge granite sink. There is a small library attached to this area - with direct access to the sea view terrace.
By the way, the house even has a third terrace, which is integrated into the large garden, which looks very stately thanks to the impressive driveway and the entrance gate.
The heart of the house is the large living, dining and cooking area of approx. 60 m², which is reached through a pretty entrance area with a cloakroom - which also houses the guest toilet (it must be mentioned...the sink is in the toilet). cut from a block of granite and weighs a whopping over 350 kg). The living area is very open, the kitchen offers plenty of space to indulge in culinary delights and of course an extra wine fridge should not be missing.
