The holiday apartment was renovated in 2020 and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is located in a residence. Also due to the view over the lake from the property and its sunny location at the water the domicile is popular. Available for use: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground and garden furniture. ++PETS: Only one small pet up to 40cm is allowed on request. They are not allowed in the restaurant, the pool or the wellness area. €5.00 per day++ The washing machine is not located directly in the accommodation, but in a communal area of the residence. It can be used there for a fee.

Tignale. The holiday apartement is located in a residence. The residence is in an exclusive position overlooking the beautiful Lake Garda, every day there is a new panorama and a new emotion. Our rooms and apartments enjoy all the services of the structure, a place where the most diverse needs can be satisfied, such as relaxation, sport and family vacations. Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property. One parking space per apartment is included, the fee for an additional parking space is €7.00 per day. The garage is only intended for motorcycles.

Heating is available from 05.04.2025 to 30.04.2025 and from 15.10.2025 to 01.11.2025. Facilities: baby cot, internet access (WLAN), phone and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite. 4x German language programs available

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (usable from mid May to mid September, 7 m x 15 m, depth 1,4 m). Children's pool (3 m x 3 m). Indoor pool (usable from mid September to mid May, heatable, 8 m x 4 m, depth 1,4 m). The indoor pool is located in the hotel area and is closed when the outdoor pool is in operation.
