The studio is located in an apartment house built in 1980, was renovated in 2021 and is furnished in a modern and rustic style. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location at the water the domicile is popular. Available for shared use:

Porto Santa Margherita, 000 m above sea level. The studio is located on a open garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available in a carport.

air conditioning. TV reception takes place via antenna. TV channels only in local language.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detector, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kid and sockets with child safety lock.
