The holiday apartment is located in a single-family home built in 1995, was renovated in 2003 and is furnished in a typical country style. The property is located in a holiday home area, on the outskirts. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Balatonföldvår. The holiday apartement is located on a 1200 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.

air conditioning, central heating. Facilities: baby cot and internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via electric wire.
Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (usable from early June to end of August, 10 m x 4 m, depth 1,5 m).
