The living area is conceived as an open-plan space, where the kitchenette merges with the living room, furnished with a sofa bed that can offer additional sleeping accommodation if required. The equipment includes essentials such as a gas cooker, coffee maker and electric kettle, as well as a washing machine for shared use, located in the building, to ensure our guests all the comforts of home during their stay.

Outside, the communal garden is a peaceful outdoor oasis where one can relax, read a book or simply enjoy the tranquillity of the place. Although it is a place designed for relaxation, it should be noted that the use of barbecues is not authorised, however, the surrounding nature and outdoor activities that the area offers more than compensate.
