Newly built apartment in Marina di Casal Velino with an area of 45 square meters. The accommodation is on the ground floor of a local stone building with two apartments. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. Inside you will find a living room with sofa bed, TV and kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob. Services included: linen, Wi-Fi internet and washing machine. Upon arrival, a kit of soap, shampoo and a small bottle of locally produced extra virgin olive oil is provided.
The large covered terrace at the entrance is furnished with a table and chairs. A parking space is available outside. Guests can use the shower with hot water and the shared barbecue.
