The flat, measuring approx. 90 sqm, which has been skilfully renovated, is located on the main street of the hamlet and comprises, on the first floor, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with rain shower and equipped laundry room. On the upper floor is the living area with kitchen, dining room and living room, all facing three sides of the large loggia equipped with delightful armchairs and table to enjoy the open space overlooking the hills and the pool. The floor is served by a third bathroom, also with shower.
The flat is equipped with wi fi, air conditioning, heating, mosquito nets, TV and a fully equipped kitchen.
Guests have access to the communal swimming pool with a solarium area with umbrellas and sun loungers.
The house has its own parking space in the Resort's car park
