There is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, filter coffee machine and a dining area, as well as an testefully decorated bathroom with a shower which is complemented by an additional guest toilet.
The large roof terrace of 63 m2 has a spectacular view of Zadar, the sea and the islands and there is a hot tube for 5 people, a shower, sun loungers and garden furniture .
There is a large awning on the roof terrace.
The beaches are about 200 meters away. In the immediate vicinity there are several sports fields for basketball, football and volleyball, and tennis courts are 200 meters away. It is about 2.3 km drive or walk along the sea to the historic center of Zadar.
