The holiday flat is located in an apartment building and is furnished in a typical local style and for practical use. The property is situated in a holiday-home estate on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of its sunny location.

Umag. The holiday apartement is located on a open plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.
