Villa 'Martin' with Private Pool and Wi-Fi
It is located in a very quiet area, in El Mayorazgo, about 3 or 4 minutes drive from Conil (3.8 km from Conil). The nearest beach is Puntalejo, and is about 3800 meters away and it takes about 5 or 6 minutes to get there.
It is a newly built villa (2008) and has a living area of 100 mÂČ, is completely fenced with high fences that give it great privacy and has outside barbecue area, large porch, swimming pool, toilet, garden with lawn and private parking within the plot of 643 mÂČ.
The garden furniture consists of hammocks, umbrella and tables with chairs for the porch.
Inside the house we find a nice and comfortable living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and among its appliances we highlight the ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
It has two bedrooms, both with large fitted closets. The bathroom has a shower. The outside toilet is located next to the pool, which will allow you to have the house less busy.
All the furniture is new and of high quality.
Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
