One of two flats in the villa. It's a healthy refuge, a secluded hideaway, an intimate place to recharge your batteries, regain vitality and reconnect with nature. Even a short stay here will recharge your batteries for the battle ahead. No parties here, please.
The garden level has a living room with satellite TV (Astra, Hotbird, Nilesat), a library with books in 4 languages, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (cooker with oven and 4 gas hobs, fridge, cupboard, cupboards with utensils), a bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed, two halls each with a bench that can also be used as a bed for children, an Italian-style shower room with an attractive shower column, a toilet, a washbasin and a semi-automatic washing machine. The house has air conditioning, central heating and ADSL Internet access with WiFi.
Apart from the garden level, there is a large patio with a barbecue, a bench, parasols, tables and chairs for outdoor meals, plus an outdoor shower room with shower and toilet for cleaning up after the beach, and indoor parking for 3 cars (the open spaces are to be shared with any tenants on the first floor of the house).
There is a 3.5m Happiecat catamaran parked on the patio.
Chatt Meriem is a seaside village. Our neighbourhood is made up of mansions; our street is paved, extending down to the wide, sandy beach. The villa is 30 metres from the beach. Port El Kantaoui marina is 5km away, 18-hole golf course is 5km away, Mall of Sousse is 6km away, Sousse city centre (Medina and train stations) is 13km away. Enfidha - Hammamet International Airport is 19km away, Habib Bourguiba Monastir International Airport is 30km away, Tunis-Karthage International Airport is 140km away. Bus stop "Chatt Mériem, mosquée Al Bochra" of bus 12-18 (Sousse Medina - Hergla) is 400 metres away. The same stop is used for hire buses from Medina (1.5dt), Kantaoui (0.9dt), Akouda (0.9dt), Hammam Sousse (1.15dt).
