This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom holiday villa sleeps up to 6 people and has a private pool and is situated in a quiet rural area near ArtĂ , Mallorca.
Outside the villa there are spacious terraces with table, chairs and chill-out sofas for outdoor dining and barbecues. A spacious 8m x 4m private pool with sun loungers invites you to relax under the Majorcan sun. Enjoy the unique location and the green surroundings.
The interior of this 160 sqm villa is elegant and spacious and has been beautifully designed with wood and local stone, carefully combined with modern comforts and details.
The ground floor is large and open plan, with the kitchen, dining room and living room connected. The living room, with plenty of natural light through large panoramic windows, is equipped with comfortable sofas, satellite TV (free channels only). The spacious and modern kitchen with dining table is fully equipped with all necessary appliances.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms sharing a family bathroom with shower. Additional guest toilet.
On the upper floor is the master suite, which is accessed via an impressive tiled staircase and is a real delight. It has an en suite bathroom with bathtub as well as direct access to a private terrace with breathtaking views over the green forests of ArtĂ .
