M&M Dune Cottage är en vintage, 1920-talets Sheridan Beach-original. Så om du letar efter en plats med karaktär och kan leva med alla de grova kanterna som följer med att bo i en 90 år gammal stuga byggd på sand, är vi det perfekta valet för din kul i solen!

Gå helt enkelt ut genom ytterdörren för att gå in på sandstigen. Det leder till världens vackraste strand. Sheridan Beach!

Liksom alla stugor i området är M&M Dune Cottage separerad från sjön med ett naturligt skapat, regeringsskyddat sanddyn. Vägarna över dynen är markerade och lyckas kontinuerligt hålla sina höjder så låga som möjligt. För dem som vill undvika att korsa dynen finns en strandpromenad i Washington Park.

Wonderful getaway!

This charming bungalow is exactly as described ! We enjoyed our stay & Brian was available to answer any questions that came up during our visit. Lake Michigan is always amazing - this home made our time there even better.

Perfect Beach Cottage

The hosts were amazing to work with and had great communication. The cottage was beautiful and so close to the beach. It had everything you need for a perfect beach getaway! Planning on coming back next summer!

Charming cottage on the beach

Vintage cottage

We had a great stay at this vintage cottage. The property was exactly as described and at a great location. The cottage was a short walk over the dune to the beach. It had everything we needed for a short stay on beach. Dunebillies never disappoints for breakfast and Shoreline Brewery for beers and dinnner was great!

Best Cottage in Michigan City!

This place is a little vintage which made it perfect for a place by the beach. My family has been staying up here for over 40 years. Our first time at this location and it was so nostalgic, an aged cottage with the perfect amount of space and all the supplies we needed. Brian shared so much information that allowed our stay to match all of our other amazing visits to the East side of Lake Michigan. 10/10 would stay here again!!

Quaint Cottage By Lake Michigan

This was an older cottage but really loved it! It was clean and had just about anything you could want available to you. Plenty of room for 8 people and Lake Michigan beach just a short walk away!

A perfect family getaway

We had a fabulous time! This quaint cottage is steps from the beach and is located in a private, cozy setting. There was plenty of room for six of us (actually had beds to sleep eight), and the front patio area was a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, play cards and chat. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you for making this a family vacation filled with great memories.

Michigan City Girls weekend

Almost on the beach

Great location next to wonderful beach. Reasonable amenities were included in a much smaller than expected "vintage" house. Four bedrooms that were squeezed in were at the expense of closets and a washer and dryer.

Relaxing beach vacation

This cottage is perfect for families / friends who want to enjoy the beach! Plenty of space for our group of 6, comfortable bedrooms and living space, 2 bathrooms, an awesome kitchen, and space outside for drying towels and swimsuits to head back to the beach the next day. Just walk over the dune to be on the beach - no roads to cross or parking hassles. Easy! I contacted the owner once to ask a silly question during our stay and the response was immediate. Outstanding communication throughout. Would recommend!!

Wonderful Week

Vintage Beachside Cottage was a delight! We loved our time there, mere steps from Lake Michigan. The bedside lamps in one of the bedrooms were not working, and Brian ordered and had delivered the next day a remote that was needed to operate them. Then they worked perfectly. The well-maintained, heart pine (I suspect from the age of the cottage) wood floors felt so good under our feet. Loved all the windows that let in so much natural light and the shaded patio where we relaxed and were able to eat. We would stay again.

Great Location for Beach

House is perfectly located if you want to spend your time on the beach, but is also comfortable enough to spend a rainy day in it. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. Kitchen is nicely sized with counter space and a full-size fridge. Living area has a comfy couch and dining room table. Front porch has table and chairs along with space to drop your beach chairs and coolers. I'd recommend walking the short block down to the more public beach access, as the plastic handicap accessible walkway is easier to walk up when carrying coolers and chairs. Beach was great. We would definitely rent again.

Another great beach stay

We enjoyed another easy, fun beach stay at the dune cottage with two children, our dog, and a family guest. Plenty of room in the home and all the amenities that you need to enjoy time on the beach and to explore the area.

Hidden Gem

Loved our stay at this cute beach cottage! Tucked away in a quiet spot on a sandy path to the beach, we walked to the beach every day and really appreciated the beach chairs. The cozy front patio was perfect for morning coffee, reading and playing cards. In the evening we were just minutes away from great restaurants for dinner. Owners were great to work with and very responsive.

Family 4th celebration

The location is great and we had plenty of room to spread out. getting over the dune to the beach was a little hard on our seniors, but they manages. We brought bikes so getting to the pier and other locations was very easy. Parking got a hectic because it was a holiday but nothing terrible.

Cozy quiet beach house

Clean and great access to the beach

We had a great time staying here. The owner was amazing, and very helpful with information on what to do in the area. We enjoyed the cottage and even used the kayaks that were available. So much fun and clean.

Lovely vintage cottage

We absolutely loved this cottage! Enough room for all of us, and the outdoor space at night was enchanting. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat! Close enough for the kids (7-14) to head back on their own if they wanted lunch. We will be back!
