The 3.5 room maisonette flat with separate entrance in a well-kept apartment building is in a very quiet location, but still close to the village centre of Samedan.
The flat has an open-plan kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate WC with shower, as well as a ski room and a table tennis room. There is also a parking space in the property's underground car park. The private seating area on the ground floor and balcony on the first floor offer a wonderful view of Samedan's local mountain, Muottas Muragl, and the Bernina group. The communal laundry room is for shared use. The bus stops, which offer direct connections to the ski areas, are just a few minutes' walk away. The valley run of the popular *Marguns* ski area ends right next to the property. Various shopping facilities can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
