Die Villa liegt ca 25 min Fußweg zur Promenade/ Strand Playa Blanca. In ca 300 mtr vom Haus befindet sich ein Aldi, was sehr praktisch ist.Die Villa selbst weist einige Baumängel auf ..hier wäre eine Sanierung dringend erforderlich. Im oberen Bad sollte die Duschabtrennung unbedingt erneuert werden, da hilft auch alles putzen nix..In der unteren Wohnung roch es nach Feuchtigkeit. Hier wohnten Freunde von uns. Nach einem Regenguss stand hier das Wasser im Schlafzimmer unter dem Bett. Auch sollte auf jeden Fall die untere Wohnung / Bad renoviert werden! Die Badezimmertür ist so verzogen, dass Sie nicht zu schließen war. Oben in der Wohnetage muss es wohl mal einen Wasserschaden gegeben haben....hier sind die Türrahmen der Küche unten ziemlich aufgequollen. Die Tür zum Hof ist nicht wirklich zum Abschließen...da die Tür komplett defekt ist. Am ersten Abend bemerkten wir, dass der Backofen nicht funktioniert. Defekt..sehr ärgerlich, wenn man für 8 Personen kochen möchte.Allerdings gab es am nächsten Morgen einen neuen Ofen der eingebaut wurde. Das war super! Auch funktionieren manche Steckdosen nicht. Ebenso sind die Pool und Außenbeleuchtung nicht in Ordnung.Trotz vieler Mängel war der Vermieter nicht bereit uns einen Teil des Geldes zurück zu erstatten. was sehr praktisch ist.

Wouldn’t book again

The pictures are not reality , the plus points are the pool and outside area .The inside needs a lot of work to justify the price , not enough cupboard space , cutlery and plates and needs a deep clean .The down stairs that we called the dungeon is exactly that , dark and needs updated , there is not a games room as the pictures perceive, the pool table is outside and the table tennis is in the dungeon . To access the dungeon you have to go outside the villa there is no access from the house , living area is small considering the amount of people it sleeps .Good area but won’t book again

Enjoyable stay

Property needs a bit of tlc, but has everything you need for an enjoyable relaxing holiday. Two separate apartment within the villa ground level and lower level with different entry doors, so perfect for split groups.

Avoid at all costs!!!

This is the first and last time I'll book a property via VRBO. I've been to playa blanca many times before and stayed at both hotels and villas and never before have i experienced anything like this. On this holiday, i travelled with my family, including children. Firstly the photographs of the villa on the advert were a complete misrepresentation of the villa itself, which bore little resemblance to what we saw when we arrived. We were absolutely the street speechless at the state of it. To say the villa was filthy would be an understatement. It was covered in flies, the rooms were run down and in need of repair, the main doors wouldnt shut properly, the curtains were all dirty, bathrooms were dirty and main bathroom kept flooding, bedding was disgusting, furniture was old and in need of replacement, there was a smell of urine in the main bedroom and it was dodge the coakroaches at night. The only thing going for this villa is the pool. I did raise concerns when we arrived, this was not an easy process and we were offered an alternative villa next door which was in a similar state, so we did not accept. We did try and seek alternative accommodation, however, anything decent was already booked. We were eventually reimbursed a small part of the booking but this did not make up for the overall terrible accommodation. This experience ruined our holiday and i will not be rushing back to this resort as a result. I will not book anything via this website again. The
