The area known as Los Menores, where you find unforgettable ocean view, absolute tranquility, mountain landscapes, quiet and peaceful place with possibility to relax and totally disconnect. and yet very close distance to all the entertainments and night life.
Only the most modern and high quality materials were used to construct this Villa. The area of ââthe villa is 300 m2, total plot area with pool and garden 500 m2.

The whole accommodation devided in 2 detached houses with 4 bedrooms, 2 large living rooms with dinings areas, 3 bathrooms, 2 separate and fully equipped kitchens with all the most modern appliances, barbecue area, a solarium, Internet Wi-Fi, TV with over 1,500 Channels.
The villa is designed for comfortable accommodation of up to 12 people, for complete relaxation and enjoying TenerifeÂŽs magic climate.

There is a private, indoor parking for up to 5 cars.
There is a BBQ for alfresco dining with ample sun loungers, patio table and chairs.
