House 'Ferme Kerlan Plage 5min By Car' with Private Garden

The farm consists of three adjoining houses, located in a typical old farm of the Pays Bigouden, and can accommodate up to 16 people.



The stone houses offer a 100 m² courtyard (access to the holiday homes, not private but rarely used by the owners or others), a natural wooded garden of 800 m², and a large 300 m² shed that can shelter up to eight cars, a trailer, a boat or motorcycles. Several outbuildings are also available for storing bicycles or bulky luggage. The rental is old, simply equipped, rustic and quiet, located on an active organic dairy farm. Organic dairy products are available on site. The owners live on the premises.



Organic cleaning and laundry products are provided. The rentals are suitable for holidays or weekends with family or friends, or for parties (maximum 16 people, no sound system allowed but music at a moderate volume is accepted), in a simple and warm atmosphere.



The environment is calm, in the countryside, yet close to the sea and beaches.



The rentals are on a 20-hectare farm, surrounded by fields and trees, with no direct neighbours, in a safe location. The road is 200 metres away.



You have direct access to the GR 34 hiking trail from the property. From the road, just head towards the sea (3 km).



The location is ideal for accessing shops, visiting the region, discovering fishing ports, the sea and the beaches. We live on site and remain available for any information or assistance.
