Our house is simple, clean and maintained to ensure maximum hygiene.
It is located on the second floor of a beautiful building in front of the underground station "Cornelia" (red line) to reach in a few minutes St. Peter's, Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza del Popolo, Via del Corso, Villa Borghese, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and all the Basilicas, Cathedrals, Churches, Museums and Monuments of the Historical Centre.
The flat consists of an entrance/dining/tv/living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a large double or twin bedroom, balcony, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, plates, glasses, crockery, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, etc.
Large wardrobe for clothes, clothes rack and iron, air conditioning, central heating, double glazing, security door. It is possible to rent a safe for a fee.
There are numerous shops in the vicinity: bars, restaurants, fast food outlets, pizzerias, supermarkets, boutiques, laundries, banks, post office, pharmacies, hardware stores, bakeries, wine shops, cinemas, etc.
Underneath the house, in addition to the metro stop, there are also bus stops to reach the historic centre of Rome; bus 791 to Trastevere, Testaccio, Aventino, Eur; bus to the Olympic Stadium and Cotral bus to the most beautiful beaches in Lazio.
Very conveniently, 150 metres away is the bus shuttle stop for Fiumicino airport.
Those arriving by car can park for free on the street without a ticket, or they can park in the public garage under our building.
