Welcome to our finished 125 mÂČ workers apartment in near Regensburg. You will have four bedrooms with ten single beds. The apartment is good for up to ten people.
Please look at our attached floor plan to see the exact layout.
There is a kitchen filled with everything you need, including all electrical appliances like a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker and basic equipment for cooking (pots, pans, kitchen appliances and cutlery).
The bathroom will have a toilet, a bathroom sink, a shower and a bathtub. There also is a separate toilet.
The apartment has a smart TV.
There is Wi-Fi throughout the property.
Also, there will be a washer you can use.
All the side costs, Wi-Fi, bedding, and towels are included in the price.
Transportation possibility:
In the back of the apartment there are free, public parking spots.
The building is in a good area and very close to main street (B15) and the Autobahn (A93/ A3).
Neighborhood:
A lot of shopping possibilities and Cafes or Restaurants are close.
