A cozy, well-equipped holiday home near Vuokatti's versatile services, in an excellent location, overlooking the lake (Topinlampi / Nuasjärvi).

RUSKA is one half of a semi-detached house built in 2002 with a spacious living room kitchen with a dining set for 7 people, two bedrooms, one of which is located downstairs (double bed) and the other upstairs with separate beds for 2. There is more accommodation space in the spacious loft, which has beds for a total of 3 (the double bed in the loft can be converted into separate beds if necessary). Sauna with electric stove (stone tower), shower and separate toilet. Access from the laundry room / utility room to the covered private terrace in the backyard with a view of the lake and the direction of the evening sun, on the terrace garden furniture and an electric grill can be used in the summer, there is also access to the terrace from the living room.

In the outdoor storage room, shared with the neighboring apartment, a shared ski maintenance room with cross-country ski lubrication rack and electricity. The connection skitrails to the Vuokatin Urheiluopisto and the Katikulta routes starts almost from the yard.
Foodstore / shop and pharmacy 500 m (S-market), Katikulla spa 1.8 km, Sports Institute 3.3 km, ski slopes 2.1 km.

The site is located in the middle of a normal settlement in the Vuokatti agglomeration, so please take this into account during your vacation. The property is not rented for parties or to persons under 25 years of age.

The holiday apartment is at your disposal from 16:00 on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure, also for weekend bookings.

Pets are allowed, but the property is not suitable for people with allergies.

Final cleaning is included in the accommodation prices.
