OBJECT DESCRIPTION
There are few places along the Adriatic coast with hidden charms like Saplunara Bay and Blace Lagoon on the island of Mljet. The modern-equipped apartments of this villa are located very close to the sandy beach of Saplunara, 39 m above sea level and 220 m from the longest sandy beach.
The warmth of the sea, the scent of pine trees, and the song of the nightingale seduce you and whisk you away to the unreal, magical land of the nymph Calypso and Odysseus. It seems as if time has stood still since they were here. The beauty of greenery with mother-of-pearl blue sea, sand, and Mediterranean vegetation is omnipresent.
Since 1965, the southeastern part of Mljet Island was declared the important Saplunara landscape protection area and helped preserve the untouched nature with endemic plants and native pine forests. At the beginning of the 1960s, the northwestern part of Mljet Island was declared Mljet National Park, with its two salt lakes and the Benedictine Monastery of St. Mary, located on an island in a large lake. The entire island of Mljet offers modern nomads from urban environments peace, relaxation, and true tranquillity as a unique green oasis in the Adriatic. At Blace Lagoon, FKK naturism sympathisers and all other nature lovers will surely find their place.
