Villa Zaria is a beautifully renovated and furnished holiday home near Brseč, situated on a hill with an extraordinary panoramic view of the sea. In the village itself, there are only a few houses, and the road leads further to the small settlement of Mošćenice, located atop a hill with enchanting views of the Kvarner, sea, and islands. The distance to Brseč, where beaches, shops, and restaurants are located, is approximately 1.5 km. Guests have access to a fully fenced property with a pool, sun loungers, a covered terrace with a summer kitchen, a relaxation area with seating, and three parking spaces.Villa Zaria is spread over three floors. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and a spacious shower/toilet bathroom. The first floor features a kitchen, a dining area with a table for six, a separate living room with access to a balcony at the front and the pool at the back, and an additional separate toilet. The second floor comprises two more bedrooms and one bathroom, these two rooms are interconnected a door separates the two rooms.
