Villan är byggd enligt högsta standard med topp av luftkonditionering och golvvärme överallt. Det ligger i avskild mark med väggar och staket runt dess omkrets, vilket ger dig avskildhet och en möjlighet att stänga av från omvärlden. Framtill finns en täckt terrass med matplats och sittplatser med utsikt över den vackra mogna trädgården och dess fontän. Till baksidan finns en ytterligare matplats, perfekt för att njuta av en måltid och ett glas lokalt vin med familj och vänner. Också på baksidan av fastigheten finns den privata utomhuspoolen och solterrassen med utsikt över tallskog. Fastigheten har en fruktträdgård där du hittar ett brett utbud av träd och ett badminton- / volleybollområde.

Huvudbyggnaden har ett stort öppet bostadsområde i mitten av byggnaden, som har ett kök med apparater av hög kvalitet, samt ett matbord för sex personer och en soffa och två fåtöljer arrangerade runt timmervatten. På ena sidan av vardagsrummet finns det stora sovrummet, det stora badrummet och barnens sovrum som har kojer och en utdragbar säng. Utanför den andra sidan av vardagsrummet finns två dubbelrum och ett andra badrum.

Wonderful relaxing holiday

We spent eight days in the villa and enjoyed the confortable, best equipped rooms and kitchen, the tree garden with the wonderful orange blossoms perfume and almonds. Valencia is easy to visit with the metro. Other beautiful towns like Xativa, Gandia are in one hour car drive distance. We would like to come again!

Wonderful Rural Retreat

We enjoyed 2 fantastic weeks at Kevin’s villa. Where to start, the tranquil setting amongst the trees, the lovely squirrels in the garden, fabulous orchard and the amazing elevated pool, we loved it all. Bonus having the pool table, volleyball net, table tennis, kids had more than enough to keep them entertained For adults, the chilled setting allowed for a truly relaxing holiday. Amenities in the villa were exactly as described, comfortable beds, nice coffee machine and a very well stocked kitchen to name but a few Highly recommend a visit to L’Eliana, a short drive away for lovely bars, restaurants and supermarkets Definitely returning, hopefully soon

Very happy

Beauitful villa in the heart of the Valencian countryside. Highlights are the cooling terrace overlooking the mature, verdant garden and the very clean swimming pool mounted in a raised sun terrace where you can swim among the pine trees. The villa is equipped to a high standard with very comfortable beds and everything you need. The owner is responsive and very helpful. There is a modern supermarket a few miles away in Cheste. Xest and the Riba-Roja metro station (a straight line into Valencia) are only 15 mins away by car if you don't want to drive into Valencia.

Incredible Stay

We stayed at Kevins villa for a week. My husband and I were shocked at how the photos did not do it justice. It’s absolutely gorgeous. From the entrance, to the pool, to the grounds, to the house itself. We can’t fault anything. Everything from check in to leaving was so easy, simple. We would highly recommend this villa if you want a chilled, peaceful week. Our 2 children, age 10 & 7 found so many things to keep them occupied. The pool was first and foremost the biggest hit, then the ping pong table, the pool table, Uno which was amongst many games and books, the fruit trees, the frogs in the front pond and also red squirrel spotting are only a few to mention! Supermarkets are super close, cooking and eating at the villa was just stunning. The layout of the villa is perfectly set. We honestly had the best week. Thank you for having us and we hope to return soon!

TRES BON SEJOUR

Nous sommes venus en famille et nous Avons passé un agréable séjour. Il ne manque rien, la maison est superbe. Nous Avons eu quelques soucis Avec la clim et le lave vaisselle mais le propriétaire a été réactif rapidement. très jolie propriété avec belle piscine ! je recommande.

Heerlijke plek

Prachtig huis, van alle gemakken voorzien met een hele grote tuin met een heerlijk zwembad. Rustig gelegen, wat wij heel prettig vonden. Maar toch dichtbij de supermarkt en op een half uurtje rijden van Valencia.

Il ne faut pas se fier aux derniers kms avant d'arriver à la Villa, une fois sur place on découvre une grande propriété aménagée de piscine, terrain de badminton, table de ping pong, salle de jeux, arbres fruitiers et un petit jardin de pelouse avec une fontaine. La maison est très fonctionnelle pour 8 personnes et est équipée de tout ce qui pourrait servir pour le séjour. Je recommande chaleureusement cette location ❤️❤️

excellent séjour

Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour, le propriétaire est intervenu très rapidement sur une petite difficulté. Le logement est très confortable, l'électroménager et la literie d'excellente qualité. Nous avons adoré la piscine, la salle de jeux et le jardin magnifique et très bien entretenu. Ce fut un plaisir de boire du jus d'orange frais directement cueilli dans le verger. Merci pour tout, nous recommandons vivement cette location. Seul bémol, un peu loin de la mer ! (30mn en voiture) mais nous avons adoré Valence et la visite de l'aquarium et la cité des sciences.

Super sejour !

Que des compliments : superbe maison, très bien équipée, avec piscine, billard, ... et du calme. Et un hôte très réactif et très présent. Nous la recommandons a toutes les familles qui souhaitent etre au calme tout en étant pas trop loin de la mer (1/2 heure)

Great place to stay. All you need is there and wirking properly

Wonderful house just outside Cheste, you can even walk it! The house has a very high standard finish. The beds are bery good and the showers are perfect. Beautiful garden / pool area to relax and even on a drizzly day you can enjoying sitting outside on the roofed terras. There is a nice outside building with a pool table and darts board to play. We stayed wirh 8 adults and a 2-year okd toddler and was spaceous enough. Would recommend the place to anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxed holiday in a house that is fully equipped and close to the airport, Valencia city and the Cheste race track and town.

Vacances Incroyables !

Nous avions pris une semaine dans la villa, début Juillet en sachant qu'elle était en pleine rénovation et qu'il y avait un risque de retard sur l'achèvement des travaux. Le propriétaire nous avait prévenu lors de la réservation. Donc malheureusement, 2 jours avant notre arrivée, les propriétaires nous informent que la maison n'est pas terminée et nous proposent 2 solutions : soit un remboursement soit de nous reloger dans un autre endroit, nous avons opté pour cette dernière. Et bien je peux vous dire que nous n'avons pas été déçus de la prestation et que l'endroit où nous nous sommes rendus, était juste magnifique. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances et nous garderons d'excellents souvenirs. Donc si j'ai un seul conseil à vous donner, n'hésitez pas un instant à louer chez Katherine et Kevin, ce sont des personnes formidables qui feront tout leur possible pour que votre séjour se passe à merveille. Nous n'avons pas eu la chance de voir leur Villa mais je suis sûre qu'elle doit être magnifique et nous avons bien l'intention d'y aller pour nos prochaines vacances. Encore merci à vous Katherine et Kevin. A très bientôt. Isabelle

Third year running and still just as good as before

I cannot praise this villa enough. Exactly what we need and look forward to year after year. The area is perfectly located for us and keeps us coming back. The owner is responsive and honest and will try his best to ensure you have everything you need for your stay. Simply outstanding.

Really enjoyed the self-contained and quiet nature of this house - lots to do and very comfortable

Kevin bent over backwards to help us out and made sure we had a place to stay at short notice (airbnb that didn't work out). The house is comfortable, well-equipped, lots of living spaces indoors and outside and fun games (active and board games) to keep us occupied when not relaxing by the pool! Thank you to the housekeepers and to Kevin for their kindness.

little oasis

Lovely family house and well equiped and maintained. It is settled in a small isolated compound away from the maintrack. We - a family of 8 persons - loved our stay very much and especially enjoyed the swimmingpool, the terrace and the playroom. In the garden you can watch a squirrel. The only inconvenience was that sometimes during the week the electricity shut down on unespected moments. But lucky enough it could easily be fixed by turning the mainswitch outside the fence.

Our Perfect Spanish Retreat

We have just come back from our second consecutive two week stay at this property and it did not disappoint. It is what we can only describe as what traditional Spanish living is all about. Remote enough to be completely private, yet still only a 5 minute drive from the local village with all its shops and bars. Also a short drive is valencia city centre and it's beaches (Malvarosa was our favourite) and the magnificent Heron City, a local hub of bars and restaurants that comes to life around 9pm. The villa itself is a good size, with 4 good sized double bedrooms, but it is the outdoor life that you come to Spain for and this property has character on every side. Whether you or a sun lover or shade seeker, you can find a comfortable spot to settle down any time of the day. The raised private pool and sun terrace are a true sun trap from just after sun rise to when the sun sinks behind the trees in the early evening. The front porch is almost shaded and cool all day long, irrespective of the incredibly high temperatures that can be reached. The games room is another way to escape the sun or spend the evenings with family challenging each other at one of the many games provided whilst enjoying a refreshing drink or two. The only criticism I have of this property is the one bathroom, which can lead to a queuing system (especially when you have teenage girls), but this is a small price to pay considering what the rest of the villa has to offer. We managed to live with it and there is a shower up by the pool if needed. The owner is informative and helpful and acts upon any issues almost immediately. The cleaners and gardeners that visited during our stay were polite, professional and non intrusive. We have enjoyed both of our stays so much that we have enquired into booking again next year and cannot wait to go back. I strongly recommend this villa to anybody, couples or families.

Super sejour!

Une belle semaine de vacances dans une très jolie maison bien équipée et très bien entretenue, on s'y sent comme chez soi dés le début. La piscine est propre, elle est nettoyée avant chaque nouveaux locataires ou une fois par semaine. On y trouve des jeux de sociétés, pétanque, ping-pong, un bac de jouets, billard, fléchettes ect... Le propriétaire était disponible et très réactif malgré son déplacement au moment de notre séjour, il a était d'une grande écoute, un vrai professionnel. Merci Kevin.

Great villa!

We had a great vacation in the villa! Everyting we needed was present. The house was clean and there were nice towels, made up beds, toiletpaper, dishwashersoap, good pans, garbagebags etc... The wifi is very good and fast. But the best part was the fantastic private pool! The owner, Kevin, is very approachable and helpfull. There are two big supermarkets and nice restaurants in Cheste which is only a 7 minutes drive.

My name is Kevin and I live and run my own company in the city of Valencia. My wife and I are both British and have lived in Valencia since 2005. Prior to moving to Spain, we both lived in London and worked in the financial sector. We have two young daughters (Imogen and Scarlett). We are very lucky to own the holiday villa and we try to use is as often as we can at weekends during the year when it is not rented out.

The villa is a magical place. It feels like an oasis with all the trees and nature all around. We have a fish pond with lots of fish and three red squirrels live in the pine trees in our front garden. The are lots of places to sit and relax, perhaps reading a book, sunbathing, eating, drinking or just chatting with family and friends. The villa is fully equipped with all you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday and you can always jump in the private pool if you need to cool off!

The villa is built to a very high standard and has beautiful gardens, with so many trees and wildlife all around. This is what makes it such a special place. It is not something that can be easily created, the gardens are mature we make sure that they are properly looked after for us and our guests to enjoy.
