With a view of the mountain, the holiday home Finca Rustica in Xixona is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 2-storey property consists of a living room with air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (3 of them with air conditioning and 1 with a fan) and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services. Furthermore, a shared gym, a table tennis and gym equipment are available on the property. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
This vacation rental offers a private outdoor space with a covered terrace. Additionally, guests have access to a shared outdoor area featuring a salt water pool, sun loungers, garden, 2 open terraces, and a barbecue.
The property is located 20 km from the beaches of El Campello and San Juan, 45 km from Alicante Airport, 75 km from Fonts d'Algar and several golf courses can be reached in 45 minutes by car. Murcia and Valencia are 110 km and 130 km from the property respectively.
