The detached house has 400 mÂČ of living space and is located on a plot of 1,250 mÂČ. It was built in 1990 and completely renovated in 2005.
From one of the three living rooms you have access to the garden and the pool area, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim or a nice barbecue evening. Garden furniture, sun loungers, parasols and a barbecue are also at your disposal.
There are three large living rooms, two of which have fireplaces and sofas and one of which also has a small dining table. The bedrooms invite you to linger and read. One has a small library and the other has satellite TV. The house also offers a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher. In addition, there are five fully furnished bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, four of which are located on the first floor and one in the attic. There are also three bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub with massage function and all of them with shower, washbasin and toilet. The house has central heating and hot water.
The proximity to the beach makes the house an ideal starting point for coastal activities such as kitesurfing and windsurfing. The town is only a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive away and offers all amenities such as: Shopping centres, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, discotheques, etc. The holiday accommodation is also only 40 minutes drive from Porto International Airport.
