Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish villa for max. 5 persons. The emphasis here is on peace and privacy. Pool and whirlpool are a refreshment in the wast garden space where you can relax and enjoy when you are not on the beach which is few km from the house. You can feel Mediteranean Istrian athmosphere with smells of the local wild plants, there are also olive trees planted on the property as well... the whole property is completely fenced.
The villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living room. AC in living room and bedrooms, WI-FI coverage inside and outside the house, outside kithen and BBQ uner covered terrace.
Outside is a private parking for 3 and more cars,,.a swimming pool 8x4 m wide and 1,5m deep, whirlpool, outdoor shower, garden, two terraces, outside kitchen
